*You Can Heal Your Life – The ultimate in personal development, this book will truly change your life. It’s another one that I’ve dog-eared heavily, and I keep it on my nightstand for quick reference on the daily.
*Younger – If you’re a woman over the age of 40, I consider this book required reading. It’s a fascinating read about genetics versus epigenetics. We may be born with a certain set of genes, but it is our lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, stress, etc) that affect how our genes express themselves. This book has really useful information on how to improve all areas of your health and wellness.
*Sagely Smart Pill Organizer – Every Sunday morning, I fill this baby up with with my AM and PM vitamins and supplements. It makes it so much easier to remember to take them each day, which means my body gets a steady dose of the good stuff that keeps it purring.
