Here on this page, I’ve created a list of my favorite things for simple, healthy living. These are the things that I use, eat, read, and watch all the time. I’ll be adding to this list, so feel free to bookmark the page so you can check back from time to time. :)

*The 4-Hour Workweek – This might seem like an odd choice for simple healthy living, but this book is full of awesome ways to streamline your life, automate or eliminate tasks, and free up more space on your calendar. Nearly every page in this book is dog-eared. LOL.
*Tools of Titans – Another book that might seem strange for healthy living, Tools of Titans is a treasure trove of ideas and information from amazing people. This book is organized into three categories, Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise. :)
*You Can Heal Your Life – The ultimate in personal development, this book will truly change your life. It’s another one that I’ve dog-eared heavily, and I keep it on my nightstand for quick reference on the daily.
*Younger – If you’re a woman over the age of 40, I consider this book required reading. It’s a fascinating read about genetics versus epigenetics. We may be born with a certain set of genes, but it is our lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, stress, etc) that affect how our genes express themselves. This book has really useful information on how to improve all areas of your health and wellness.
Bombas – Between 12 years of ballet and pointe shoes when I was growing up and 2 mile walks with my dog every day now…my feet hurt almost all the time. It’s something I’ve come to live with, but I’ve found a few things that help – stretching my feet (sounds funny, but it works!), massaging them with frankincense essential oil, and wearing Bombas socks. They’re sooooo comfortable! They come in tons of different styles and colors, and they also do good in the world, which makes me and my feet very happy. :)
Calypso St. Barth Jazmin Shirttail Tee – These tees are a bit pricey at $95, but they go on sale all the time and last forever. I’ve been buying and wearing them since 2012 as part of my daily “uniform”, and swear by them.
Patagonia Serenity Yoga Pants – These look weird in the photo, but I promise they’re awesome. I like them because they come in a 30″ inseam which is perfect for me at 5’4″ tall. :) They wear and wash so well, and they don’t cost a fortune.
*Sagely Smart Pill Organizer – Every Sunday morning, I fill this baby up with with my AM and PM vitamins and supplements. It makes it so much easier to remember to take them each day, which means my body gets a steady dose of the good stuff that keeps it purring.
