*The 4-Hour Workweek – This might seem like an odd choice for simple healthy living, but this book is full of awesome ways to streamline your life, automate or eliminate tasks, and free up more space on your calendar. Nearly every page in this book is dog-eared. LOL.
*Tools of Titans – Another book that might seem strange for healthy living, Tools of Titans is a treasure trove of ideas and information from amazing people. This book is organized into three categories, Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise. :)
*You Can Heal Your Life – The ultimate in personal development, this book will truly change your life. It’s another one that I’ve dog-eared heavily, and I keep it on my nightstand for quick reference on the daily.
*Younger – If you’re a woman over the age of 40, I consider this book required reading. It’s a fascinating read about genetics versus epigenetics. We may be born with a certain set of genes, but it is our lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, stress, etc) that affect how our genes express themselves. This book has really useful information on how to improve all areas of your health and wellness.
