p.s. I get my essential oils, vitamins, supplements, toothpaste, and most skincare from dōTERRA. I’ve listed my favorites from them below too. If you’d like information on how to get your own wholesale account with dōTERRA, just click here.
Epsoak Epsom Salts – add a cup of these epsom salts to a hot bath along with 5-10 drops of your favorite doTERRA essential oil for a super relaxing soak! My current favorite is 5 drops Frankincense + 2 drops Grapefruit. :)
Digital Minimalism – I consider this required reading for anyone who wants to live a better life. I’ve dogeared at least every other page in this book – it’s that good! What I love most about Cal’s book is that he doesn’t just tell you to get off your phone or computer, he also provides solid ways to spend less time on your phone (or computer) and more time in your real life.
I Dare You – This is a book written in 1953 by William H. Danforth. In a nutshell, the book is a “dare” to become your healthiest, best self physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually so that you can share your gifts and talents in service to others. I have dog-eared and highlighted nearly every page…it is THAT GOOD.
You Can Heal Your Life – The ultimate in personal development, this book will truly change your life. It’s another one that I’ve dog-eared heavily, and I keep it on my nightstand for quick reference on the daily.
Younger – If you’re a woman over the age of 40, I consider this book required reading. It’s a fascinating read about genetics versus epigenetics. We may be born with a certain set of genes, but it is our lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, stress, etc) that affect how our genes express themselves. This book has really useful information on how to improve all areas of your health and wellness.
Shark Steam Mop – uh, with three kids and a dog…this steam mop is a necessity! It’s sooo easy to use and actually cleans + sanitizes your floors with just water.
On Guard Foaming Hand Wash – This is the only hand soap we use, and you’ll find one at every sink in my house. I wash my hands about a dozen times a day and this does the job without drying my skin at all.
Sagely Smart Pill Organizer – Every Sunday morning, I fill this baby up with with my AM and PM vitamins and supplements. It makes it so much easier to remember to take them each day, which means my body gets a steady dose of the good stuff that keeps it purring.
doTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack – this is doTERRA’s #1 product and my secret weapon for staying well and full of energy!
Freedom – I learned about this app through Digital Minimalism and it’s awesome! Freedom is an app and website blocker that blocks distracting websites and apps on your desktop, tablet or phone so you can be focused and productive.
Life 360 – This app helps me keep track of where my husband and kids are, which is especially awesome when you have a new driver in the family. ;)
